QRsona — Smart Fashion
1. Overview
QRsona ships personalized QR code products worldwide. Our products are printed on demand by our fulfillment partner — Printful — which operates printing facilities in Europe, North America, and other regions.
Important: All products are made-to-order. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time. Orders placed through our store (powered by Shopify) are automatically sent to production.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries and territories worldwide, including:
- All European Union countries
- United Kingdom
- United States and Canada
- Australia and New Zealand
- Most countries in Asia, Africa, and South America
We are unable to ship to countries subject to international trade sanctions. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us at info@qrsona.com.
3. Production Time
Since all QRsona products are made-to-order, production begins after your order is placed and confirmed. Estimated production times:
Standard Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies)
2–5 business days
Simple Products (stickers, cards)
2–4 business days
Complex Products (mugs, multi-item orders)
3–7 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will enter production on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Delivery times below are estimates counted from the moment the order is shipped (after production is complete).
European Union
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Priority Shipping: 3–7 business days
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
- Post-Brexit customs processing may add additional time
United States & Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Rest of World
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days
- Tracked Shipping: 5–12 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing. Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on:
- Delivery destination
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
The exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed at Shopify Checkout before you complete your purchase. Orders with multiple items are usually shipped in a single package. Basic insurance is included with tracked shipments.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that some economy shipping methods may have limited or no tracking information available.
7. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, please be aware that:
- Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
- We declare the actual purchase price on all customs documentation.
- If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and no refund will be issued.
8. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address before the order has been shipped, please contact us immediately at info@qrsona.com. Once the order has been shipped, address changes must be arranged directly with the carrier.
9. Delivery Issues
Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it.
Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will assist you in filing an investigation with the carrier.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
10. Force Majeure
QRsona is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, strikes, armed conflicts, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, we offer shipping discounts and the ability to ship to multiple addresses. Please contact us at info@qrsona.com to discuss your requirements.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges (please refer to our Refund Policy for full details). If you receive a defective product, please contact us for return authorization. Do not return any product without prior authorization.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any orders that are already active will be fulfilled under the policy that was in effect at the time the order was placed.
